Fourvac Technologies presents its newly developed, state-of-the-art Helium Leak Detector, engineered for fast, accurate, and highly sensitive leak detection in high and ultra-high vacuum applications. Designed for both evacuated and helium-pressurized components, the system delivers precise quantitative measurements with exceptional reliability. Leak indications are displayed on a high-resolution LCD with bar graph visualization, supported by an audible alarm for instant feedback. The portable design and flexible probe allow convenient access to small and hard-to-reach leak points. Compared to conventional methods such as soap bubble testing, pressure decay, or halogen detection, helium mass spectrometry provides significantly higher sensitivity and faster response.

Using helium a non-toxic, inert, and non-destructive tracer gas ensures safe and contamination-free testing. The system also supports alternative tracer gases by adjusting polarity settings. With a minimum detectable leak rate of 5 × 10⁻¹² mbar·l/s, Fourvac offers an economical and highly accurate leak detection solution.
